If you do not attend any other church in the locality we can assure you of a warm welcome at CEC. We are a Bible-believing church with a commitment to know Christ better and to share the good news of Jesus with as many adults, children and young people as possible.
We are ordinary men and women of every age who believe in the Bible as the Word of God, Jesus Christ as the Son of God and salvation from sin as the free gift of God.
Our History
Clevedon Evangelical Church started in 1996, when a small group began meeting regularly for worship. After a couple of weeks we met for the first time in the 1st Clevedon Scout Hall on Easter Sunday and this has been our ‘home’ since. Our children’s club – called Finders Keepers – started after the Easter holidays.
We meet in the 1st Clevedon Scout Hall off Great Western Road. The current congregation numbers about 35-40 on Sunday mornings.
